THE PROCESS

Event Consultation & Planning​

We begin by engaging in comprehensive consultations with Mercer Marsh Benefits
to understand the specific requirements for each event. Our team provided expert advice on the best AV solutions
to achieve the desired impact, and also ensure that every logistical requirement is planned for.

Technical Rehearsals

Nearing the event days, we conducted thorough technical rehearsals at the venue to test all AV systems
and run through the entire programme flow to ensure that everything would run smoothly and seamlessly
on the day of the event. This also allowed us to address any potential issues and fine-tune the setup for optimal performance.

Pre-Event Trailers

To build anticipation and engage the audience before events, we produced captivating pre-event trailers. These trailers highlighted key speakers, agenda points, and thematic elements, creating excitement

and setting the tone for their events.

Live Streaming and
Live Camera Projection

Understanding the need for extended reach, we offered live streaming services, allowing remote participants to engage in real-time. Additionally, our live camera feed is beamed onto onsite screens to ensure that the live audience have an immersive viewing experience especially in large venues

Audio Engineering &
Sound Design

Our audio engineers ensured crystal-clear sound throughout the venue, tuning and balancing the audio to the event space’s acoustics throughout the event. Additionally, we selected and integrated appropriate audio tracks for different moments of the event, enhancing the overall experience through strategic sound design.

Post-Event Content

After each event, our team compiled and edited comprehensive post-event content that included highlight reels & photos, interviews with key speakers, and full recordings of each session. This content was designed for recaps, marketing, and sharing with stakeholders, ensuring that the value of the event could be extended well beyond its conclusion.
